Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with 5+ years in sales management.
• Neurology, Rare Disease, CNS, Orphan Drugs, new product launches, and hiring, selection and development of sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and budgeting to drive sales targets.
• Hire, coach and develop Neurology Account Specialists.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute national/regional launch plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
