Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 5 years in sales management.
• Experience in Neurology, Rare Disease, CNS, Orphan Drugs, new product launches preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines in pharmaceutical sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategy with a focus on Neurology and key accounts.
• Hire, coach and develop Neurology Account Specialists; build a high-performing team.
• Manage regional budgets and resource planning; ensure regulatory and company policy compliance.
• Collaborate with CADs, DPAs, MPAs, HUB and other stakeholders to meet corporate objectives.
• Foster relationships with KOLs and healthcare providers to expand market access.
