Job summary

Phoenix Contact USA is seeking an NSE to serve as a product SME for EtherWAN in the Northern California, Oregon, and Washington region. You will blend technical depth with customer engagement to support pre-sales, solution design, and post-sales guidance.

The role requires travel up to 65%, strong communication, and field collaboration with sales teams and partners to drive revenue and product adoption.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Understanding of IT vs OT networking environments.
• CCNA or equivalent certifications.
• Networking certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Introduce EtherWAN products and articulate value to customers.
• Project manage field engagements with sales resources.
• Provide technical guidance across pre- and post-sales activities.
• Conduct network design assistance and customer trainings.
