Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative support experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Work independently or in a team.
• Follow SOPs and organizational directives.
• Excellent interpersonal interaction with internal and external teams.
• Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
• Broadcast sales, media buying, or agency experience is a plus.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of national sales orders from national advertisers.
• Daily entry of orders into the traffic system with accuracy.
• Maintenance and research to troubleshoot order issues.
• Regular communication and collaboration with internal and external contacts.
• Understand and adhere to the national sales process and SOPs.
• Prioritize workload with urgency and balance.
• Complete tasks within deadlines.
• Generate and maintain reports from internal systems and Excel.
• Daily use of Windows PC and Office programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
