Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a Regional National Sales Assistant in North Carolina to support national sales operations. The role involves data entry of national sales orders, daily traffic-system entries, and producing reports using Excel and Office tools.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks under a deadline.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Adhere to organizational directives and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of national sales orders from national advertisers.
• Daily entry of National Sales orders into the traffic system with accuracy and compliance to constraints.
• Maintenance and research on national sales orders to troubleshoot order-related issues.
• Regular communication with internal and external contacts to ensure campaign success.
• Develop understanding of the National sales process, systems and SOPs.
• Prioritize and organize workload with urgency and balance.
• Complete tasks within deadlines.
• Generate and maintain reports from internal systems and Excel.
• Daily use of Windows and Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
• Other duties as assigned.
