Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative support experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Broadcast sales, media buying, or agency experience is a plus.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of national sales orders from national advertisers.
• Daily entry of National Sales orders into traffic system with accuracy.
• Maintain and troubleshoot order issues and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts to ensure campaigns.
• Understand and follow the national sales process and SOPs.
• Prioritize and organize workload with a sense of urgency.
• Complete tasks within the given deadline.
• Generate and maintain reports from internal systems and Excel.
• Daily use of Windows OS and Office programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
