The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of administrative support, strong organization, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and national advertisers, while mastering Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative support experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiar with national advertising processes and SOPs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external interactions.
• Broadcast sales, media buying, or agency experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Primary function is data entry of national sales orders from national advertisers.
• Daily entry of National Sales orders into the traffic system with accuracy.
• Maintain and research orders to troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts to ensure campaign success.
• Adhere to the National sales process, systems, and SOPs.
• Prioritize workload and complete tasks by deadlines.
• Generate and maintain reports from internal systems and Excel.
• Daily use of Windows PC and Office programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
