Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• 5–10 years in GM/Supervisor/District Manager roles in quick-service or casual dining preferred.
• Graduates of Hamburger University, ROLP, or Business Capstone preferred.
• Must be able to travel regularly to assigned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams to maximize sales, profits, and operations.
• Collaborate with General Managers to meet results and uphold McDonald’s values.
• Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness meet high standards.
• Drive budgets, staffing, and operational plans; review performance data and take action.
• Develop managers to perform at their best and ensure customer satisfaction.
