You will coach managers, uphold our values, and build strong relationships with crew, leadership, and customers.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in senior fast‑food roles, travel regularly to sites, and bring strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years as a General Manager, Supervisor, or District Manager in quick-service or casual dining.
• Graduates of Hamburger University, ROLP, or Business Capstone preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams to maximize sales, profits, and operational excellence.
• Work closely with General Managers to achieve results and uphold McDonald’s values.
• Ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness across locations.
• Drive labor, sales, profit, and food cost performance against budgets.
• Enforce operational and company policies and support staffing processes.
• Develop managers to perform at their best and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Review reports, analyze performance, and create action plans to address gaps.
• Follow up daily to ensure progress and manage multiple priorities.
