Job summary
McDonald’s Area Supervisors oversee leadership, coaching, and development across multiple restaurants to maximize sales and profits. You will work with General Managers to drive operational excellence, travel regularly to assigned locations, and support restaurant teams with shift leadership and staff development.

Qualifications
- Must be able to work various shifts each day of the week.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- McDonald’s food service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the restaurant managers uphold the standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
- Coach each Restaurant Management Team to achieve highest levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Interview, hire, and retain restaurant management while assisting the GM to develop successful managers.
- Work with GMs to optimize sales and profitability and maintain crew staffing levels.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for sales growth; implement promotional or operational programs.
- Conduct monthly cash and security audits and enforce policies for safety and security.
- Attend managers meetings across all patch restaurants.
