McDonald’s is seeking Area Supervisors to lead restaurant teams across multiple locations, driving sales, profits, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll coach General Managers, ensure quality standards, and develop leaders while upholding McDonald’s values and customer focus. This is a full-time role with travel to assigned restaurants and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years as a General Manager, Supervisor, or District Manager in quick-service or casual dining.
• Graduates of Hamburger University, ROLP, or Business Capstone preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams to maximize sales, profits, and operational excellence.
• Work with General Managers to achieve results, uphold McDonald’s values, and build relationships with crew, leadership, and customers.
• Ensure managers maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness; drive to meet budget goals; enforce policies; support staffing; develop managers; ensure customer satisfaction; review reports and create action plans.
