McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead restaurant teams across multiple locations. You will coach, develop, and drive performance to meet sales and service goals.

The role requires strong communication, prior foodservice leadership experience, and willingness to travel to assigned restaurants. This full-time opportunity offers growth and competitive pay with the franchisee.

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Foodservice experience (preferred).
• 5-10 years as a General Manager, Supervisor, or District Manager in quick-service or casual dining.
• Graduates of McDonald’s Hamburger University, ROLP, or Business Capstone (preferred).
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned restaurants.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams to maximize sales, profits, and operational excellence.
• Work closely with General Managers to achieve results and uphold McDonald’s values.
• Ensure managers maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Drive restaurants to meet or exceed budget goals (labor, sales, profit, food cost, controllables).
• Enforce operational and company policies; support staffing process.
• Develop managers to perform at their best and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Execute and refine operational plans and review performance to address gaps.
