Metric Geo is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the North California and Pacific Northwest territory. This role entails developing strategic sales plans, managing distributor relationships, and driving demand for motion control and automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or 10+ years in technical sales, preferably with experience in the automation sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Competenze

• 10+ years of relevant technical sales experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling motion control or automation products.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. factory automation market.
• Experience supporting distributors and multi-channel sales networks.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 30-50%.
