Elavon, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive new merchant acquisitions for the Merchant Payment Services division.

You will prospect, build a pipeline, and cultivate strategic relationships with local owners and FI referral partners to grow market share. This hybrid outside sales role emphasizes entrepreneurial initiative—self-sourcing half your pipeline while leveraging bank referrals, delivering tailored payment solutions across retail, restaurant, healthcare, and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience; ability to travel.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience preferred; hunter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate 50%+ of your sales pipeline through self-sourced prospecting.
• Meet with FI referral partners, business owners, and decision makers.
• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy and close new business.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms and achieve revenue goals.
