U.S. Bank is seeking a Regional Account Executive in Merchant Payment Services to acquire new merchant clients, develop strategic relationships, and grow market share in the assigned territory.

This is a true hybrid role blending field prospecting with referral partnerships, allowing you to build a personal book of business while leveraging FI referrals to accelerate growth. You will target retail, restaurants, healthcare, and other verticals, manage a robust pipeline, and lead consultative

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two to three years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience selling merchant services, payment processing, or other B2B solutions.
• Ability to travel to assigned territory.

Mansioni

• Operate as a true hunter, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities daily.
• Generate 50%+ of your sales pipeline through self-sourced prospecting and referrals.
• Spend the majority of time in the field with FI referral partners and decision makers.
• Develop a growth strategy to acquire new merchant relationships and expand market penetration.
• Build and maintain a qualified opportunities pipeline with consistent prospecting.
• Deliver consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations for MPS solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and close new business efficiently.
• Meet or exceed new-business acquisition and revenue goals.
