This hybrid role focuses on acquiring merchant clients, developing strategic partnerships, and growing market share through self-sourcing and FI referrals. The candidate will prospect, present consultatively, and close new business while managing relationships with local owners and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two to three years of relevant sales experience.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Outside Sales & Business Development: build a pipeline, prospect, and close new business.
• Customer/Partner Relationship Management: establish trusted-advisor relationships, maintain contact, and identify opportunities.
• Territory & Market Development: grow market presence and partner with local organizations.
• Operational Excellence: maintain records in Salesforce and adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines.
