Job summary

U.S. Bank’s Elavon division is seeking an in‑market outside Sales Account Executive based in Cincinnati, OH. This remote, field‑based role involves meeting clients, prospects, and partners in your territory while driving new referral business and increasing profitability.

You will use Salesforce daily, build bank‑partner relationships, sell Merchant Services to SMBs, and travel about 3–4 days a week. A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in sales are required; strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to travel 3–4 days per week in market.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow bank partner relationships to drive referrals.
• Daily utilization and updating of Salesforce as a CRM tool.
• Develop profitable new business account relationships and increased profitability by selling Merchant Services to SMBs.
• Identifying business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services.
• Presenting to prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization’s products and services.
• Implementing and maintaining an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.
• Receive guidance and training in a remote environment and achieve daily objectives as set forth by your manager.
• 10+ hours of driving per week.”
