Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience, with a focus on solution selling for small businesses and merchants.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent cold calling, prospecting and territory development.
• Manage client relationships with internal teams for customer success.
• Ability to grasp technology fundamentals and apply to business needs.
• Open to feedback and committed to accountability and growth.
• Creative problem solving and sound decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Drives new business growth and profitability in existing accounts by spotting high-impact opportunities.
• Serve as strategic sales lead, consulting with owners and C-suite executives.
• Build and energize a strong referral network and proactive outreach to generate momentum.
• Build and manage pipeline through referrals and self-generated leads.
• Partner with sales teams to expand existing customer relationships.
• Deliver persuasive, value-driven presentations showing how solutions meet client needs.
• Travel within the territory to prospect, build relationships and sign new local businesses.
