Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager - ASI to join our MedTech Surgery business. This is a field-based role available in multiple states within the territory, with reference cities listed in Louisiana.

The RSM leads a sales team, develops facility-level account plans, and drives growth of energy and endo-mechanical platforms. Travel up to 60% and a company car are available under Fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in an applicable field is required, MBA (or equivalent) degree preferred.
• 3-5 years relevant business and/or leadership experience required.
• 3-5 years in clinical sales, marketing, professional education, sales learning/ development, or commercial functional experience is strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and/or training.
• Participation in a Sales Leadership Development Program is preferred.
• A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States is required.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time is required.

Responsibilities

• Enable a transformative shift to facility-level account management by developing and implementing an account plan for each facility.
• Identify and foster relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers across the facility.
• Assure critical enablers are utilized effectively (people, process, programs, tools, and technology).
• Manage and coordinate Demand and Access resources tailored to facility needs; create a facility cost-benefit analysis.
• Lead team to execute the selling process in a concise, compliant, professional, ethical manner; coach sales reps.
• Recruit and hire to ensure territories are filled with qualified sales representatives.
• Provide coaching and career development of the sales representatives.
• Lead the selling process with customers and handle product questions/objections per training.
• Understand surgical use of products and coach teams to target customers accordingly.
