Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Neurovascular is recruiting a Regional Business Manager (South Central). This field-based role covers Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Louisiana, New Mexico, Nebraska, Missouri and Kansas, and leads a team of territory managers to meet sales objectives.

You will collaborate with the National Sales Director to equip the team with tools and education, uphold Credo values, and drive performance across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree, majored in a technical or scientific field preferred.
• At least 7 years of outside sales experience, including experience selling medical devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven position.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of field-based territory managers and delivers sales objectives.
• Works with National Sales Director to ensure tools, support, and education for the sales team.
• Maintains Credo values and enforces company policies while driving performance and accountability.
• Engages with key customers to drive sales of the full product portfolio.
