Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular is recruiting a Regional Business Manager (South Central) to cover TX, OK, MS, LA, NM, NE, MO & KS. This field-based role requires proven outside sales success in medical devices and leadership of sales teams across multiple states.

The candidate will work with the National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive revenue targets while upholding Credo values and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree, technical or scientific field preferred.
• At least 7 years of outside sales experience, including medical devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to meet/exceed sales goals in a commission-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with National Sales Director, training and marketing to equip the sales team.
• Uphold Credo values, integrity, and policy adherence.
• Support professional development plans; hold staff accountable for commitments.
• Utilize performance processes to plan activities and monitor results.
• Lead the team to meet and surpass objectives and metrics.
• Coordinate with internal partners to support direct reports' work.
• Engage key customers to drive overall product portfolio sales.
