Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Mobile, AL/Baldwin County, AL territory within MedTech. You will guide surgeons in the operating room, ensure equipment readiness, and provide direct customer support during surgeries.

The role includes management of billing, logistics, and asset deployment, with travel across the U.S. as needed. Strong communication and clinical knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience; 4 years preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to a defined region.

Responsibilities

• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical support.
• Attend surgeries to provide direct customer support and equipment readiness.
• Troubleshoot and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and accounts teams; prepare reports.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Deploy and maintain equipment and assets across the territory.
• Ensure promotional materials meet high quality standards.
• Move instruments, implants, and equipment between reps and hospitals.
