Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics division seeks a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Anchorage, AK territory. The role emphasizes in-hospital clinical and logistical expertise, direct surgeon support, and equipment management.

You will travel frequently within the U.S., demonstrate strong teamwork with sales consultants, and ensure high-quality product availability and service delivery in operating rooms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Associate degree or medical certification with professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 years professional experience in sales/clinical roles.
• Recent transition from active military duty may be applicable.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support for orthopedic cases.
• Advance in DPS sales by representing the company in surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available and functioning.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and market insights with teams to improve solutions and service levels; prepare sales reports.
• Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain and deploy equipment/assets; ensure product availability in covered regions.
• Ensure promotional materials are up-to-date and meet quality standards.
• Provide logistical support by moving instruments, implants, and equipment between reps and hospitals.
