Responsibilities include direct surgeon support, case coverage, billing/purchase order management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required, medical/technical field preferred.
• 2+ years with Associate Degree/Medical Certification if applicable, plus relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in sales or clinical roles.
• Active military transition candidates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Guide surgeons in the operating room providing clinical and technical support.
• Advance sales by representing the company in surgeries and ensuring proper equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot needs, manage billing and purchase orders, and coordinate logistics.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation; ensure equipment deployment.
• Maintain promotional materials and uphold high quality standards.
