Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Anchorage, AK territory. The role involves in-hospital, in-room support of orthopedic procedures, ensuring the right instruments and implants are available for surgeries, and coordinating with surgeons and hospital staff to optimize patient care.

You will serve as a key clinical and logistical resource, traveling frequently, managing orders, and providing expert product knowledge across the DePuy Synthes portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification plus experience acceptable.
• 4+ years of professional experience preferred; military transition considered.

Responsibilities

• Guide surgeons in the OR by providing clinical and technical support for orthopedic cases.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment is available and functional.
• Manage hospital billing, purchase orders, logistics, and asset tracking within the territory.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic teams to improve service levels and support growth.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation and ensure equipment readiness.
• Travel within the U.S. as necessary; relocate to assigned region if required.
