Responsibilities

• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic cases.
• Provide direct customer support by attending surgeries and ensuring equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot, respond to physician needs, and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer insights with sales, clinical, and marketing teams and prepare reports.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain equipment deployment and ensure product availability in the area.
• Keep promotional materials updated and ensure quality standards.
• Support logistics by moving instruments, implants, and equipment between reps and hospitals.
