Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in aggressive commission sales
• Must be available to be on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• 2 years' experience in a sales leadership role

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and service to customers within the region and for revenue and gross profit according to the quota.
• Supervise and develop the field sales force: Field Clinical Representatives, Territory Managers, and/or Field Marketing Specialists.
