Job summary

Boston Scientific Neuromodulation seeks a Territory Manager to grow patient care and sales in an assigned geographic area. You will cultivate relationships with physicians, OR staff and healthcare teams, while driving adoption of Spinal Cord Stimulation products.

The role emphasizes pre- and post-surgical education, referral network development, and collaboration with regional teams to achieve revenue objectives and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ work experience in a sales’ and/or clinical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Medical device sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a designated customer base, prospect for new customers in an assigned geographic area, and persuasively position our products and services.
• Drive sales revenue to meet or exceed territory goals.
• Oversee the SCS process of patient care from pre-surgical education to post-surgical follow ups and long-term device care.
• Build a referral base of physicians, OR and hospital staff; support physicians in the OR and with patients.
