Job summary

Boston Scientific Neuromodulation is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth in assigned markets, focusing on pain management solutions and building high-level relationships with providers, payers, and clinicians. You will collaborate with regional leaders to shape territory strategy and own key accounts.

You will leverage clinical and technical knowledge to discuss complex products, participate in forecasting, and contribute to business activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a sales and/or clinical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical, selling, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates a strong technical and clinical aptitude to discuss complex product information and complete training programs.

Responsibilities

• Hunts for new/competitive business in assigned territory under the direction of a Territory Manager.
• Collaborates with Territory Manager and Regional Business Director on territory strategy.
• Owns specific accounts and serves as a point person when the TM is unavailable.
• Supports TMs with contract and pricing discussions.
• Develops and utilizes professional selling skills and uses data to identify growth opportunities.
