Job summary

Boston Scientific Neuromodulation is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of spinal cord stimulation products and related services in a designated region. You will cultivate physician relationships, provide pre- and post-operative education, and coordinate with hospital staff to deliver patient care and achieve territory goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales or clinical experience, with preference for medical device sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a sales and/or clinical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a designated customer base and prospect for new customers in an assigned geographic area.
• Manage the entire SCS process from pre-surgical education to post-surgical follow ups and long-term care.
• Build a referral base of physicians, OR staff and hospital staff; support clinicians in the OR and with patients.
• Translate business strategy into clear objectives and maintain pricing strategy discipline; collaborate with Regional BD, HE&R and National Accounts to drive sales.
• Demonstrate empathy, coach others and build a high-performing team to achieve territory goals.
