Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in aggressive commission sales, 2 years in sales leadership, and on-call availability. Strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aggressive commission sales role.
• 2 years’ experience in a sales leadership role.
• Must be available to be on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and service to customers within the region.
• Oversee daily supervision and development of the regional field sales force.
• Responsible for attainment of sales objectives and increasing market share.
• Create, sustain, and grow relationships with key health care providers.
• Prepare sales forecasts and manage regional travel and expenses.
• Hire, develop, and replace salespeople to maintain high standards.
