Job summary

Sales Recruiters Chicago, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager based in the Denver area to lead and grow an established medical device territory across Colorado and neighboring states.

The role blends independence with direct engagement of healthcare professionals, physicians, and hospitals. You will conduct face-to-face calls, deliver product demonstrations, and drive new business while maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Qualifications

• Must have outside sales experience and be able to manage a large geographic territory.
• Strong new-business development and relationship-building skills required.
• Willingness to travel regularly by air and spend nights away from home.
• Based in the Denver area and comfortable working remotely across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established account base and drive continued growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, surgeons, ophthalmologists, dentists, hospitals, and medical schools.
• Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls throughout the territory.
• Lead in-person product demonstrations and clinical education sessions.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop new business throughout the assigned territory.
• Represent the company at industry conventions, trade shows, and medical conferences.
• Consistently meet or exceed territory sales objectives.
