Job summary

Sales Recruiters Chicago, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in the Baltimore area to manage and grow an established medical device sales territory.

The role requires building physician and hospital relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and traveling within the multi-state region. The position offers independent, home-based sales with opportunities to engage healthcare professionals at conferences and hospitals, while meeting or exceeding territory objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience.
• Strong new-business-development and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently manage a large geographic territory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable traveling regularly and spending nights away from home.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to take ownership of territory performance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established account base and drive continued growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, surgeons, ophthalmologists, dentists, hospitals, and medical schools.
• Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls throughout the territory.
• Lead in-person product demonstrations and clinical education sessions.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop new business throughout the assigned territory.
• Represent the company at industry conventions, trade shows, and medical conferences.
• Consistently meet or exceed territory sales objectives.
