Leadbeam is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage territory plans and drive growth in the Birmingham area. You will build physician and hospital relationships, push medical product adoption, and continuously improve through education on product approvals, territory development, and clinical knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree, in related field preferred.
• Ability to concept sell novel products and work in a startup environment.
• Track record of exceeding sales and engaging tier-one customers.
• Strong customer service, initiative and self-directed work style.
• Excellent communication and consensus-building with internal teams.

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to achieve objectives.
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Improve professional growth in results orientation, product approval processes, territory development, and clinical knowledge.
• Contribute ideas to teammates and collaborate across the team.
• Use CRM to track contacts, activity and follow-up.
• Submit timely activity reports and monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Assist with trade shows and company sales meetings.
• Work with surgeons to increase exposure via SPR presentations, Grand Rounds, journals, and posters.
• Identify cases for case studies, white papers and video library additions.
• Maintain RepTrax and third-party accreditations for account access.
