Job summary

SPR is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover Cincinnati, OH and West Virginia. The role focuses on meeting sales goals by building strong relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders, and driving territory development through strategic account plans.

You will collaborate with surgeons and internal teams to improve case coverage and product adoption. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in orthopedic or medical device sales, a bachelor’s degree, and a demonstrated ability to perform in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Minimum Bachelors degree, in related field preferred
• Ability to “concept” sell novel products
• Success in a start-up environment and/or launching new products
• Customer & account profiling ability
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales and topping team “leader boards”
• Rich professional references documenting the respect of previous supervisors and tier one customers

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to achieve sales objectives
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders
• Develop growth through product knowledge and territory development
• Assist with training of surgeons and hospital staff
• Track contacts and activity in CRM and deliver periodic business reviews
• Support trade shows and company meetings and contribute to regional presentations
