Caldera Medical, Inc. is seeking a Territory Representative for implant products in Birmingham, AL. You will grow the territory by contacting hospitals and clinics, leading product trials in the OR, and partnering with surgeons to drive adoption.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of outside B2B sales experience, a BS/BA degree, and strong relationship-building and communication skills. Expect travel up to 40% and a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

Qualificações

• BS/BA degree required.
• 3-6 years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong relationship orientation and ability to build long-term customer partnerships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to present to surgeons and clinicians.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
• Experience selling face to face and using CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a sales territory in Birmingham, AL.
• Achieve territory sales goals by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
• Engage with gynecologists, urologists, and urogynecologists in hospital and office settings.
• Lead product trials in the operating room and persuade surgeons to use our products.
• Provide post-sale support and maintain CRM-driven account insights.
• Travel up to 40% in the assigned territory.
