Job summary

Leadbeam, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to build and execute account plans, establish physician relationships, and drive growth in orthopedic/medical device markets.

You will engage surgeons, participate in Grand Rounds and journal clubs, and help identify case studies and educational materials. Candidates should have 3+ years in medical device sales, a bachelor’s degree, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Minimum Bachelors degree, in related field preferred
• Ability to “concept” sell novel products
• Success in a start-up environment and/or launching new products
• Customer & account profiling ability
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales and topping team “leader boards”
• Rich professional references documenting the respect of previous supervisors and tier one customers
• An entrepreneurial orientation, high initiative, self-directed orientation

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to achieve territory sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders to foster a customer centric culture.
• Drive growth through product approval processes, territory development and clinical knowledge.
• Contribute practices and creative suggestions to team members.
• Utilize CRM systems to track contacts, activity and follow up.
• Complete timely activity reports and deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews as requested
• Assist with trade show exhibits and attend company sales meetings
• Work with surgeons to increase exposure through SPR presentations at Grand Rounds, journal club and poster presentations
• Identify cases for case studies, white papers and video library additions
• Maintain RepTrax and similar accreditation to access target accounts
