Job summary

Discover International is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to develop and manage a medical device sales territory in Birmingham, Alabama. You will engage with doctors and surgeons, run trials, and drive adoption of our products in hospital and office settings.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of outside B2B sales, a proven quota-bearing track record, and strong communication. You will travel up to 40% and must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize while building trusted

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience.
• Live within the territory you're supporting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate willingness to be coached and developed.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a sales territory
• Achieve territory sales goals by increasing sales with existing customers and identifying new customers to grow your pipeline
• Call on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists in both the hospital and office setting
• Develop relationships with Surgeons to become an asset to their team
• Conduct product trials
• Provide after-sales service and support
• Travel as needed – may be up to 40% in assigned territory
