Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, licensed in the state.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Must maintain State Board license and continuing education.
• Experience with MDS/PDPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility MDS and PDPM processes and care planning.
• Lead weekly PDPM meetings and track utilization.
• Develop clinical reporting between RDO and RDCS.
• Coordinate MDS training for coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
