Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee facility operations focused on the resident assessment process, including MDS and PDPM compliance. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, ensure timely MDS submissions, and drive high-quality resident care across shifts in a Florida facility.

The role requires a BSN (preferred) and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in long-term care, with strong data analysis and regulatory compliance skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a BSN preferred.
• Must be in good standing with State Board of Nursing and maintain continuing education/licensing requirements.
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred; long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility weekly PDPM meetings for skilled patients.
• Monitor utilization of PDPM tools and related processes.
• Track QM and QASP performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Provide PDPM and MDS training to new MDS Coordinators.
• Assess health status and level of care for new admissions.
• Ensure timely completion of all MDS Assessments and PPS Medicare processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary participation in completing the MDS within regulatory time frames.
• Maintain accurate schedule of all MDS assessments and ensure proper references.
• Oversee data entry and electronic submission of MDS assessments.
• Communicate level of care to all disciplines and coordinate care planning.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident care information.
