Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to head a regional NSA team focused on ASTRO P25 LMR networks. You will guide design, deployment, and troubleshooting for complex public safety solutions, collaborating with stakeholders across regions.

You will mentor engineers, drive automation, and uphold strict security and design standards to deliver reliable transport networks with fiber, microwave, and LAN/WAN integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of NSAs; develop training regimens to raise network design, mobile backhaul, and security skills.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with customer applications across the region.
• Direct post-sale engineering troubleshooting support for complex network and backhaul issues.
• Guide design standards for transport networks and ensure high-quality layer-1 and layer-2 designs.
• Present technically compelling system designs to stakeholders and leadership.
• Champion automation to improve network design and deployment efficiency.
