Qualifications

• High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Must be proficient in installation and advanced troubleshooting of server hardware, operating systems, and software infrastructure.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage team resources to align size with workload and projections.
• Drive talent acquisition and onboarding of qualified new talent.
• Oversee performance management, recognition, coaching, and development of staff.
• Mentor junior Field Engineers with training and career development.
• Ensure asset control, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Occasional travel up to 25% as required by projects.
