Job summary

Volkert, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing & Proposal Manager to lead the region's marketing team and steer our pursuit efforts to win new business.

You will oversee the proposal staff, coordinate with discipline leads, and drive end-to-end win strategies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven ability to manage multi-contributor proposals in the AEC industry, with strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience managing proposal staff on multi-contributor proposals, ideally in AEC.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals from pre-advertisement through submission in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across teams; proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead region-wide marketing team and drive win opportunities.
• Oversee the full pursuit lifecycle: track opportunities, define scope, and drive go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate brainstorming, storyboarding, and strategy sessions with technical leads and proposal managers.
