Volkert, Inc. is seeking a Regional Marketing & Proposal Manager to lead the region's marketing and proposals, driving winning strategies across the Program Management Region.

You will manage a staff of proposal professionals and partner with regional leaders to secure new business and repeat opportunities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree plus experience managing multi-contributor proposals in the AEC sector, with strong writing and editing skills and the ability to run multiple pursuits

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required with experience managing proposal staff on multi-contributor proposals.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals from pre-advertisement through submission in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Manage region's proposal development staff and partner with discipline leads and regional leadership to win new and repeat business.
• Lead full pursuit lifecycle—track CIP and opportunities; assess RFP requirements; define scope; drive go/no-go decisions.
• Facilitate brainstorming and strategy sessions to shape winning approaches.
• Prepare proposals while overseeing team's production including checklists, timelines, writing tasks, and quality reviews.
• Review writing, editing, formatting, and graphics for persuasive, compliant documents.
