Job summary

Volkert, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing & Proposal Manager to support the Program Management Region in Florida.

You will oversee the region-wide marketing team and drive efforts to win new business while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely submissions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience managing proposal staff on multi-contributor proposals, preferably in the AEC industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience managing proposal staff on multi-contributor proposals, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Ability to manage and produce multiple concurrent proposals from pre-advertisement through submission in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the region's proposal development staff and lead pursuit strategies to win new and repeat business.
• Oversee full pursuit lifecycle including tracking opportunities, defining scope, and go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate brainstorming, storyboarding, and strategy sessions with leads and proposal managers to shape winning approaches.
• Prepare proposals while supervising the team’s production, including checklists, timelines, writing tasks, and quality reviews.
• Review final documents for persuasiveness, professionalism, and compliance.
• Support presentations and client interviews with technical teams.
