Zusammenfassung

Volkert, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing & Proposal Manager to lead the region's marketing team and guide pursuits across the Program Management Region in Florida.

You will oversee proposal development, ensure compliant, persuasive submissions, and coordinate with discipline leads and leadership to drive new business and repeat work. A Bachelor's degree and multi-contributor proposal experience in the AEC industry are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and experience managing proposal staff on multi-contributor proposals, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Ability to manage and produce multiple concurrent proposals from pre-advertisement through submission in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Exceptional persuasive writing and editing skills with a strict eye for detail.

Aufgaben

• Managing the region's proposal development staff and partnering with discipline leads and regional leadership to win new and repeat business.
• Leading the full pursuit lifecycle — tracking opportunities; assessing technical, financial, schedule, and compliance requirements; defining scope; and driving go/no-go decisions.
• Facilitating brainstorming, storyboarding, and strategy sessions with technical leads and proposal managers to shape winning approaches.
• Personally preparing proposals while overseeing the team’s proposal production and quality reviews.
