Volkert, Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing & Proposal Manager to lead the region-wide marketing team and drive winning proposal strategies within the Program Management Region.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven experience managing multi-contributor proposals in the AEC industry, with the ability to oversee the full pursuit lifecycle and ensure compliant, high-quality submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and experience managing proposal staff on multi-contributor proposals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals from pre-advertisement through submission in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and graphics review skills to ensure persuasive, professional, and compliant submissions.

Responsabilités

• Manage region's proposal development staff and coordinate with discipline leads to win new business.
• Lead full pursuit lifecycle, assess requirements, define scope, and drive go/no-go decisions.
• Oversee proposal production: checklists, timelines, writing assignments, and quality reviews.
• Review final documents for persuasiveness, professionalism, and compliance.
• Prepare teams for client presentations and interviews.
• Maintain project descriptions, resumes, and qualifications content.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to policy improvements.
• Develop collateral and conference materials to support business development.
• Contribute to regional news for digital brand presence.
