Volkert, Inc. seeks an experienced Regional Marketing & Proposal Manager to lead the region's marketing team and drive capture strategies across the Program Management Region.

You will own the pursuit lifecycle, coordinate with discipline leads, and guide proposal development from pre-RFP to submission. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven experience managing proposal staff on multi-contributor proposals, preferably in the AEC industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience managing proposal staff on multi-contributor proposals, preferably in AEC.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals from pre-advertisement through submission.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead region-wide marketing and proposal teams to win new business.
• Oversee full pursuit lifecycle, including scope, go/no-go, and timelines.
• Prepare proposals and supervise writing, editing, and production quality.
• Coordinate with discipline leads and leadership on strategy and content.
• Support client meetings and interviews with technical teams.
