Volkert, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing & Proposal Manager to lead the region's marketing team and drive efforts to win new business. The role requires managing multi-contributor proposals and guiding the pursuit lifecycle across the Program Management Region.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and strong writing/editing skills, with experience in AEC. This on-site position will collaborate with regional leadership and discipline leads to deliver compelling, compliant

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; experience managing proposal staff on multi-contributor proposals preferred in AEC.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals from pre-advertisement through submission in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong persuasive writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Manage region's proposal development staff and coordinate with discipline leads to win new business.
• Oversee full pursuit lifecycle: track opportunities, assess requirements, define scope, drive go/no-go decisions.
• Direct proposals production: writing, editing, formatting, graphics, and quality reviews.
