1915 South is seeking a Market Manager to oversee performance across assigned markets and develop sales leadership. You will balance in-store presence with remote coaching to build a strong, guest-centric culture and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include leading General Managers, identifying future leaders, setting clear expectations, and driving KPIs using data. Travel up to 75% of the time across markets in the southeast region is required.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 3–5+ years in retail sales leadership in high-volume or furniture retail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and sales leadership to drive performance.
• Build leadership bench by identifying and promoting future leaders.
• Set clear expectations and inspect execution with follow-up.
• Drive a Win the Day culture with daily priorities across locations.
• Provide in-store coaching and remote coaching to store leaders.
• Drive sales using data and analytics, monitoring KPIs.
• Collaborate with store leadership on action plans to close performance gaps.
